  Great restaurant was recommended to us by Barossa Taxis the locally owned company. Food was fabulous and enjoyed sitting on the deck with a bottle of red.

  The food is simple but fresh and delicious. Everything is well-priced, served at a reasonable pace and the setting has a lovely ambience if seated by the widow.

  Both woodfired pizzas we tried were perfect - thin base, fresh ingredients, not overly chessey. Saltram No. 1 remains one of the best Shiraz wines coming out of the Barossa Valley IMHO. The restaurant is quite noisy so avoid if you're looking for a quiet lunch/dinner.

  Barossa & Light Cab Service rate Salters at Saltrums 5 out of 5 stars, because the wood fire pizzas here are absolutely beautiful and Barossa & Light Cab Service recommend these to any of our customers who are looking for a nice food and wine experience in the area of Angaston in the Barossa Valley. And, when this pizza is paired with Saltram No. 1 Shiraz, it results in a really good food and wine match. Be sure to drop in here the next time you are in the Barossa.
